Cupcakes are extremely famous right now. Whether these cuppies are plain, filled with Bavarian Cream, decorated with fondant/ flavored icing, or topped with our favorite fruit and chocolates, it is not a big deal anymore cause lately cupcakes are a thing. They are in season and became an instant hit! This craze with cupcakes started since, uhhmm, last year 2015?
Coffee shops, that before only sell bread and sliced cakes, suddenly offered cupcakes. Even the bakeries near our houses are also selling cupcakes already aside from bread alone. As this trend continues to grow, I am also gaining knowledge about which shop offers the yummiest, or the cutest, whatsoever cupcakes because of my frequent visit to different bakeries and restaurants.
Last Sunday, as we were strolling down the sidewalk at Glorietta in Makati City, we stumbled upon Vanilla Cupcake Bakery. Vanilla Cupcake Bakery is a cute and cozy patisserie. It captivates a lot of people, simply because of their doll house themed shop. Among all the establishments in the area, this cute little bakeshop stood out like a smile in a crowd of frowns. The exterior of the shop is so inviting, even passers-by will really be attracted.
Once we entered the establishment, I really felt like a doll, ready to prepare and bake in her dream kitchen. I can’t help falling in love with yooouuu (Vanilla Cupcake Bakery) *music notes everywhere* HAHA. Everything is so dreamyyy, ahhh. Mismatched chairs and couches, colorful decorations, pastel wallpapers, cute wall arts and decals, hanging teacups, cute kitchen paraphernalias, framed quotes scattered and their super adorable chandeliers. Every inch of this place is so instagram-worthy.
Vanilla Cupcake Bakery offers more than just delectable cupcakes. They likewise offer pastas, salads, soups, sandwiches, all day breakfast meals, shakes and desserts.
I have already tried 7 of their cupcakes and I never regretted ordering them. They never failed to satisfy my sweet cravings.
Red Velvet & Coffee Walnut Salted Caramel cupcakes. I liked my sister’s (red velvet) more than mine, I didn’t taste the coffee. Sad, for a coffee lover like me 😦 But still, yum!
Cupcakes are best paired with milkshakes. Their Very Vanilla is very scrumptious. Very very very HAHA 🙂
Luscious Salted Caramel & Oreo Cheesecake cupcakes. Another date with my sissy, but this time, I already liked my cupcake (oreo cheesecake), ugghh, I’m speechless. I just love it.
Chocolate milkshake. Another delectable combination, ahhh.
Let’s head next to their pastas. I ordered Bacon Carbonara. The usual carbonara, spaghetti noodles, cream, sauce, and our favorite, bacon. And, Mamma’s Home Made Lasagna. And Pink Strawberry Frappe, my current fave hihi. My best friend’s only comment is that the serving is so small for the price. I kinda agree with her. But overall, we enjoyed the food and our dining experience here in Vanilla Cupcake Bakery.
I have also tried are Banana Nutella, Dulce de Leche and Banoffee Pie. But they are not included because my copy of the photos are lost huhu. But nevertheless they are also good.
I am a loyal customer in their Makati branches, cause that’s where I’m nearest hihi.
